Getting an error message for one particular user in the approvers field.
Hello, I am using an approval flow for one of my portal issues. The approvers are always two set users so I am hiding the field and prefilling it with them. But I am getting the attached error message from one of them. The other works fine(I have tested a few different random users and they all work except for the one). The one that gets the error message has access to the site. Project permissions are set to anyone can submit a request and requests can be shared with any customer or organization. We're running Jira cloud. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
