Getting started tutorial on JSM portal

Hello,

We would like to propose a Getting Started tutorial for our customers at first logon to our Jira Service Management Portal. It would be 3 of 4 steps ie: this is your profile, this is how to raise a request, etc.

It should run on a Jira datacenter version with Refined for Jira.

Any idea how to achieve this ?

In your Help Desk portal, you have the following options -

1) Setup your portal announcement via the "Customize" option. - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/adding-announcements-939926482.html

2) Setup KB, so user can use "Search" for the topic to access the article on your how-tos.

We considered a Youtube video, We would then need to find a way to launch it at first logon.
