I have a (traditional?) Service project for my IT Helpdesk and a Team-Managed Service Project for my separate Staffing department.
In the first, I have assigneduser Groups (being synced from my Okta directory) as customers. A new employee is added to the "Sales Dept." group in Okta, synced automatically to Jira, and that employee has Customer access to the IT Helpdesk.
In the Staffing (team-managed) project, it appears I can only manage Customers individually (can't add a User Group to the Customers list) or via Organizations, but Organizations likewise have to be managed directly (can't add a User Group to an Organization).
Am I missing something or is there no support for Groups of customers in Team-Managed projects? And if not, is there an alternate way to automatically include desired users from my directory as Customers on a Team-Managed Project?
