HOW to Hide and show a field

I have a Custom field have multiples choisis (Screen , mousses, printers , other )  i want when user select the option other the custom field Other will be showen to put his information and it's already exist this custom field other i just want to dispaly it when he choose "other"

Is this on a request on the portal, if so you would need to use a form with a section in the form.
