HOWTO modify portal field description

Hello

I have a Jira service management portal. In this portal I set up a description for the attachement field:

I would like to modify it. For that, I go to "Project Settings"/"Request types":

But no changed happens in my portal. Any idea of what could be the problem?

Hi @Bertrand VANOTTI 

Make sure that you haven't checked "Use preset value and hide from portal" checkbox. Also make sure that you have indeed saved the changes.

The "Use preset value and hide from portal" option is not available for the attachment field though it is present for my custom fields.

And of course, I saved my changes

Any other suggestion?
