Has anyone installed Service Management Datacenter into AWS Govcloud?

So, I searched these forums for the term govcloud and found no matches.  The Atlassian Standard Infrastructure (ASI) documents say that QuickStart is available for govcloud but is not supported and is only for testing. 

Is anyone currently running the Datacenter version of Service Management, Confluence, Insight on Govcloud in a production level capacity?  And if yes, any chance of providing documentation/procedures on how it was accomplished (or guidance/pitfalls/lessons learned to be aware of)?  I know, that is probably a pretty big ask, but there it is.

-Going to assume that after almost 1 month of no responses, that there is no one that has either successfully deployed this into govcloud or that no one is able to share any information with regards to how it was deployed.
