I have a Jira project with four issue types and I have issue in Customer Notification Page.
Since there are more issue types and we did customer notifications for one issue type. But the flaw is another issue type needs different Customer Notifications. So is there Possibilities for creating Customer Notification based on Issue type.
I could not see any options for create options available. So what can we do in this

By default, there are no options to change the notifications based on issue type.
If you want additional notifications, you can create them via automation rules. But that will probably mean you will have to rebuild all the customer notifications.
Maybe there is an app in the marketplace that allows custoizing email notifications (ex. Raley email notifications for Jira / JSM)

Yes the automation has mail, but it has no options like this.
It only Shows in Customer Notification and in your community forums.
But the Automations has not specification like this .
Is there options like this at least for making it fine.
