How I can notify "ping" or make watchers persons from customer organizations, who are customers but didn't issue the specific ticket in concern?
sorry for the delay @johanna the field should be listed next to the reporter/assignee fields if you can't see it then you might need to add it to the screen.

Hello @johanna welcome to the community, you should add those users as requested participant so they will get notifications and will be able to see the ticket
