I am looking to build an automation that does the following:
WHEN a tickets due date is within the next 24 hours
AND the ticket is assigned to X
AND the Info field is EMPTY
THEN send an email to the reporter.
Basically, I am trying to send email reminders to employees to fill out their ticket completely. Is this possible?
Hi Ben, I think your Automation would be very similar to this. Have a schedule time that runs every day. It would look to see if the due date is before tomorrow and assigned to the specific individual. Then send an email (or you could comment on the issue instead.) I think that's pretty close to what you're trying to do.
