On Jira Data Center 8.13.4 / Jira Service Management 4.15.0 While setting up my new service desk i would like to get rid of the Default Customer request types that have populated the newly created project however i am unable to do so as it sits there and spins endlessly and does not remove them (It also does not delete any customer request types i have created as well). Yes i can hide them from the portal but it is not needed. I do not have any issues associated with those customer requests. Also on "Screens" i can add fields but am unable to remove the field; I can click the x and nothing happens. So in the event the wrong field accidentally gets added i will have to create a whole new screen/scheme/associate and then undo the same for the original one just to get rid of the first screen which should not be the way that works. I have to other instances of Jira Data center stood up without issue and work as intended. Please advise on how i should rectify this issue or any logs that migh hold any pertinent data. Take a look at the atlassian-jira.log at the time the issue is occurring and see if there are any errors or warnings.
