Help Needed to Set Up Account on Mobile Device with Authenticator App?

We manage our t shirt business at Harwage.pk, and I’m trying to add our account to a mobile device using an authenticator app for better security.

Could you please guide us through the steps to link our account with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) on mobile?
