Help with 'The message was rejected because it was sent from JIRA'

Hey guys,

Im trying to figure out how emails generated by Jira are being redirected back to it.

Im getting this error message it doesn't provide me a lot of info.

Any suggestions?

Hard to say for sure. My guesses include:

someone has setup a filter subscription and included the jira email address for creating issues.
some automation rule is trying to include the jira email address, e.g. request participant.
