Hey All,
Has anyone tried using multiple custom mailboxes with JSM Cloud? The article here says we can only integrate one custom mailbox.
I have 5 mailbxes that needed to be integrated on a new service desk, any thoughts would be greatly helpful.
Can't really eliminate any of the aliases or create individual service desks

The article is correct, you can only use one email for the email channel in a Jira Service Management project.
You could set up mail handlers for the other four, but email handlers can only create issues, your customers using those emails would not get requests created from their emails.
Your cleanest option is probably to choose the one email you want to use for the email channel and have a word with your email administrators, get them to set up an automatic forward from the four you will be deprecating to the one that you're going to keep (or even delete them completely and make the emails aliases on to the main one)
