Parallel Approval and Multiple Approval

We are using Jira Service Management Cloud!

I am looking for solution for Group/Parallel Approval.

So, we are in Go-Live situation, Can you quickly guide us for approval process.

Hi Mayur,

I have tested successfully and performed the following steps

• Created one Group Picker Custom field "Multiple Approval".
• Added  4 Users in that group
• Added the filed in issue edit screen "Multiple Approval".
• Then in the Workflow Approval status, I have added this group "Multiple Approval"
• Then tested the flow and it's working fine as Parallel Approval.
