×Hi Team,
On a daily basis, my team is rechecking submitted bugs/enhancement requests in the jira portal. As a team leader, i need to know how many jiras are reviewed by each team member and how much time is expended on a weekly basis. To get this information, can you please help me with a jira search command?
Thanks,
Adarsh
Welcome to the Community!
I don't think you can have a single search command to have that data. I'd suggest using an app. For instance you can use Enhancer Plugin which provides
Status Entry and Status Exit User custom fields. With this fields created, you will be able to see who transitioned to (or from) Review status (or any status).
It also has Time Between or Time in Status custom fields which help you show the time passed in those statuses. After defining the custom fields, you can see the results even for the issues that have been transitioned before defining the fields. (You will need to reindex Jira to use them in search though).
Please remember that I am one of the folks behind Enhancer Plugin. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
If you have right to change the workflow, you can modify it to have some date/time and user fields which you set via post functions.
For instance, you can add a post function for the "Review" status setting the "reviewed by" user custom field to be the transition owner. Similarly, you can set the "review started date" date custom field. However, this can only affect the issues that will be transitioned after the workflow change.
I hope I was clear!

Hi @Tuncay Senturk _Snapbytes_
Thanks for the suggestion.
It need an admin access/permissions to add Enhancer Plugin to our JIRA system. Can you suggest something which would work for normal user?
Getting approvals for adding custom fields through admin will take lot of time and effort which may even end-up in cancelling this request so I am checking if we can do something using the existing setup!
Thanks,
Adarsh
