Does Jira Cloud by Atlassian app have a service management customer portal create screen?

Hi,

As far as i checked, there is no service management customer portal screen in the offical jira cloud android or ios app. Is there any workaround for that or do we have to try other applications?

You are correct there is no support for the JSM portal in the Atlassian native app and also no separate app by Atlassian. If you don’t mind using a third party product we recommend to look at our Mobility for Jira mobile apps. No doesn't look like it. Atlassian's own page about this directs you to just the Jira Cloud mobile app. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/mobile-app

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9763 is a ticket to create a mobile app for JSM.  I would suggest watching/commenting on it.
