On my service desk I have given access to internal collaborators with a Jira Software license so that they contribute to solve the problem to the client.
However, I do not want them to be visible to customers. That is, only agents (not viewers) should be visible to customers.
Is it possible to do that?
I do not want the full list of participants to be hidden. If the customer for example shares the request with members of his organisations, they should be visible to him (them) on the participants list.
Note that I am using a next-gen service desk.
