Hide attachments appearing in the customer portal

The version of data-center is 9.4.9 and the version of JSM is 5.4.9.

 

Is there a way to hide attachments (images, files, etc.) from appearing in the customer portal?

 

I've tried disabling the cr-share-request module under the JIRA Service Desk plugin in Manage add-ons; I've also tried using Power Script Live Fields to hide attachments, neither of which worked. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
