Is it possible to hide certain tickets, based on Request Type for example, from Agents?

It's possible to hide tickets from agents using Issue Security. This configuration allows to show tickets for specific people, groups, roles for example, but not hide specific request types.
You can create an issue security scheme and restrict, for example, tickets only for administrators.
