Is it nowadays possible so that only people that can actually use the "share with customer" button see it.
If the users don't have agent status the comment is still there but posts an internal comment.
At least in the past it seems it was possible in some way, according to this KB article
since it explains how to make it visible, while i need to hide it (from non-agents).
The inverse of the solutons doesn't work. Users without the permissions/agent status still see the button, but it works like the internal one.
Agents should still have it of course.

Then it seems that this is bug or Atlassian changed the function.
