Hoe Do I change the name of the portal?

Emails from the portal are being sent from 'Support' and using the variable ${portal.name}, it displays 'Support'. I would like it to display 'My Company Support' - where do I change that? As usual with Atlassian, I have 10 Jira configuration pages open in tabs and nothing anywhere will change this. Anyone know?

Hello @sean 

To change the name of your portal. Go to Project Settings -> Portal Settings -> Under Service project information there is the name field.
