How I can access smart value of user profile?

I have connected our company G suite to Jira service management, each user have profile and inside profile some attributes like department, job title etc.

How I can access this fields when creating Automation?

Finally we will need to access some field in user profile and copy value of this field to set another field with this value, is that possible?

I'm not sure you can access these information that comes from Gsuite. You can create your own user properties, which later then you can use them in automation etc. Read more:

That's not what we are looking for, we need a place to manage all users and it's attribute in one place and the most important we need it dynamic, we don't want to create all the time user attribute for each new user or manually add this user to the group.

You can search the marketplace for an app which might do that job. But tbh I don't know if such app exist since I've never looked for it.
