How I can setup my service desk project that can be independent of each other service desk project.

I want to have 2 differents portals for service desk in my account.

Example

I have a main service desk portal. When I create a new project of service desk, this new proyect is under the main service desk.

When I go to URL of the second service desk project  I can see a link of my main service desk project like this:

.....................Help desk / 2nd project service desk.

(Help desk is the main service desk project)

I do not want that the customers of my 2nd project can click on the help desk link.

How I can setup my service desk project that can be independent of each other.

And all the projects of service desk that I create are in equal to this example.

All the projects are created below the  main service desk project.

Hi Carlos, welcome to the Community. As long as your Customers are not in both projects then they will not see the other projects. Customers can only see the project portal they are associated with.

example:

project 1 = portal 1 with customers A, B, C

project 2 = Portal 2 with customers D,E,F

customers A, B, C cannot see portal 2

customers D,E,F cannot see portal 1

Yes, that is what I need. 

I have tried to setup both projects in setting of each project, but I cannot setup like this.
