How I resolve issues with removing Gadgets or Changing Layouts?

Note: We've installed Jira Service Management via HELM Chart. Running PostGRES 11, but also tried 12. 

When trying to delete a Gadget from the System Dashboard, the pane will disappear but then it will return on refresh. 

Additionally, when I try to change the Layout, it gives a pop-up dialog error that says "Out of Sync, Trying Refreshing your browser."

Answer my own stuff, but in case someone encounters this, the F5 Firewall ASM module was blocking just the code updates on submit for the Looks/Feels.
