I would like to get your idea of how JSM supports a SIAM arrangement. In details, if I get my external service providers work within our JSM environment, is there a special process to follow in JSM when they are configured?
I have already added them to our JSM environment with AD linked. They have been granted a dummy email address in our AD. All good but native JSM notifications are not reaching to them. Since my management is not ready to spend on E3 licenses for each and every external service provider account, this slows down external agents' reactions for tickets assigned to them. because they do not get email notifications.
Any suggestion how you all overcome this type of situation is highly regarded.
