In JIRA Service Desk Cloud,
Is there a way to retrieve email IDs of users prior to an addon being authorized by Atlassian with the "access_email_address" scope?
Is there a way to get the Email IDs in a development environment and later transition when the email scope is approved?
A support ticket has been raised with Atlassian for the mentioned scope but has not received any update on the ticket.
May I know what sort of timeline I can expect for getting the approval?
