Hi everyone,
I am currently trying to set up an automation that will automatically add a specific approver for each organization when a customer creates a ticket that needs approval. However, I tried it already, and it didn't work—no approver was added. I have 14 different organizations, and I would like all our teammates to be on the same page without needing to ask around, use a list, or any other custom fields.
Any ideas on how I can do this?

You should be able to do it via Automation. Use if/else conditions.
Sample:
