×How can I add canned responses to the editor in the customer portal view?
Hi @Adam N_ welcome to the community! To add canned responses, you need to be in the agent view. From there, when you click 'Reply to Customer', you have a link to 'Canned Responses'.
I'm pretty sure you can't add them from the Portal View. I haven't seen any way to add them from the portal.
