Hi @Alexander Onoprienko welcome to the community. I'm not 100% sure of your question. Are you looking to change a setting so new requests are NOT shared with members in the organization? If so, that is under Settings<gear> / Products / Jira Service Management and there should be a radio button for 'Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization."
If you are asking to remove the 'Share with' field, that's not an option at this time. There are two Jira issues submitted for this JSDCLOUD-10455 and JSDCLOUD-10908 . You can vote for and watch them if you're interested.
