I would like to setup some dashboard/wallboard that displays the real time status of Jira Service Desk cases. Every product I have seen has some delay like 15 mins, but I would like to show the status of the queue immediately after a page refresh of a dashboard app.
The Jira backed in solution such as Filter Results gadget has a refresh time of 15 min, which is too long for us. Is there another solution for this?
