We have 4 different projects on Jira Service Desk, all of them with the same SLA target and workflows. The problem is when we need to get reports we need to check one by one the results and we need to aggregate in an excel file in order to get the overall result. So, I would like to know if is possible to get SLA reports (meet vs. breach, %met, etc...) for all projects.

if you are using JSW you can consider putting a dashboard together but you cannot use the SLA report unfortunately. You can also look at addons to accomplish this.
