How can I migrate ticket to new workflow?

We'd like to Migrate the existing IR ticket to the new workflow.

Hi @SBACTL_JRFontanilla 

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry if I misunderstood your concern.

1. If you already have a new workflow and you want to apply on your existing project:
Please  follow the below document:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/how-to-create-workflows/ 

 

2.  If you doesn't  want to affect the current project then you need to make a copy  of your existing workflow scheme or create new one and associate workflow with issue types and then use it.
   To associate the workflow:  You need to logged IN as JIRA admin:
Go To  Admin button (gear icon)  > Issues >  Workflow schemes ,   it will  be under  inactive click  the arrow, there you can associate issue type with workflow which you recently added by "Editing" or creating in the  scheme.

Note: But it will impact other associated project also.

Old tickets remain with old workflow. How do I reprocess some tickets to be applied the new workflow version?
