I want to automate a process. I have identical fields in Jira and JSM (ex: ProjectGrp, Program Manager, Engineering Lead, Security Lead, Budget Lead and Technical Lead). When an issue is created in Jira and these fields are populated, then Jira automation creates each person/position in JSM assets. This will allow these users to only have to select ProjectGrp and pick their name from the list of names under that ProjectGrp and then begin to explain their issue in the other fields. Is this possible with Data Center. I hope this makes sense.
