How can I use emoji of ⚡ and 👀?

I want to use ⚡ and 👀 in slack for automation but I don't know how I can set these emoji.

Have you tried this method - Solved: Emojis in JIRA Issue Summary (atlassian.com)

Using the Windows + . shortcut on the keyboard, you should be able to insert emoji into things like a comment or other text string. 

If you want more help, you can add the automation rule you are working on and either myself or someone else can try to help you.
