How can i provide permission to specific peopel to grand acces to a project for customers?

Hi!

I would like to set specific people on project to be able to add customers to a project. I think people that are added as Project members ( as agents) can not provide customer access now. 

Also separate people to provide an internal access to people. Some to have both.

How can I do it? Should i give everyone project admin role to have such permissions? I would like to keep them as agents + possibility to add agents to the project.

An agent can add customers to a project via the customer option in the project sidebar.
