We are in the process of turning on the "only allow customers added to Jira by admin " feature on for security purposes.
At the moment, we have anyone who is able to log calls with our service desk via email however there is no way that we can vet a potential non-customer logging calls (this is why we are turning on the above feature)
before I do this, I need to know all the users / customers that we currently have loaded onto our system so that i can compare them to our CRM, making sure that we only have active clients who are on the system. I've read up many posts but cannot find a way to export the customer list into csv or any other format.
Any guidance on how i can achieve getting the customer list would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
You should be able to find the customers like this:
Best regards,
Kris
