How can i show my management/customer the different statistics and reports, without giving them administrator account
If you use JSW in addition to JSD and your management is a user in JSW then you can give them browse access. You can also create dashboards and share with JSW users. They don’t need to be an admin and should not be.
Now for customers they cannot access the reports or dashboards or anything other than the portal. For them you could consider addons, exporting data to CSV and use excel to create reports. You could also consider using a BI solution like PowerBI.

First thing it depends on what statistics and report to display. The best option is you can create a dashboard with required gadgets and you can share this dashboard with your management. Please note that users needs to have access to Jira software.

If you looking provide access to reports within service desk project , then you need to provide the agent access to service desk project and users will be able to see the reports configured by project administrator.
By default there is no configuration available to see the reports for customers. Either you have to provide jira access or you may need to use third party app.
