Hi Team,
We are planning to setup new JSM cloud for our organization. Can we configure SSL certificate to our JSM portal link. Please help us on this request.
Atlassian Cloud is protected by Atlassian’s SSL Certificates, no need to install custom certs.
Regards,
Laurens
Hi @Laurens CoppensCoppens
Thanks for your response. Agreed but just want to know is it possible to install SSL certs in JSM cloud site or not.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
At this point no custom SSL is possible as it works on an Atlassian URL.
Once custom domains are possible, i would expect that you need to use your own SSL certs as you own the domain then.

Your JSM cloud portal already comes with a secure HTTPS link, so you don’t need to add your own SSL certificate. If you want to use your company’s domain name (like support.yourcompany.com), you can set it up as a custom domain. The SSL certificate for that custom link will also be managed automatically. This way your portal stays secure and looks professional with your own brand.
