We want to identify the issues that "Urgency" field has changed. We couldn't do this with JQL.
Using the "Field Value Changed" trigger with Jira Automation, we can report when the Urgency field changes, by setting the custom field value to "Yes".
With smart value below, the old value of the custom field is accessed. However, this only occurs when the custom field value is changed trigger or a different event trigger is used.

We have a service project and we choose Urgency on the portal when opening a request for customers, like High, Medium. What we want to detect here is to find whether the Urgency value has changed afterward. For example, a request opened with Urgency value selected as Medium may have been changed to High by the Agent later on. We want to find tickets with this change.
