I tested and made a workflow, and added an automation, when the form is submitted it automatically transition in the next status, however I want the form in customer helpdesk be editable in different status. How do I proceed with this? Is there a way to have this performed?
There is an article which outline the method to allow customers to edit/make amends to Jira fields for their submitted request using Forms.
You can read and implement following the method here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-allow-customers-to-edit-the-jira-fields-of-their-portal-request-using-forms-1206790318.html
I hope this helps!
@Nhat Tu I read through the article you attached, unfortunately the customer is unable to perform the reopening of the form in the helpdesk. But thank you for the information!

I require this exact item currently:
Context applied forms that can be added into a work item mid workflow and editable by the customer in the portal.
i.e. work item created with initial requirements.
Progresses through initial process flow.
When more detail needed (full requirements) based on initial field entry add relevant form(s) for the customer then to add the details.
Portals are sooo restrictive
