I cannot find the correct page to edit the Issue Status list for our Service Desk that manages cs Tickets.
When resolving a Customer Support Ticket, there is a drop-down menu that presents the list of Issue Status choices. I have already created one new status type but now cannot find the screen that allowed me to do that.
Stu, Nic’s answer is indeed how you go about statuses. However, I note that you mention “when resolving... there is a drop-down...”. I wonder if you are asking about adding values for the Resolution field? If so, go to Jira settings > issues > resolutions.
Admin -> Issues -> Status allows you to add new ones, but to get them into a project, you'll need to edit the workflow for the project, adding the status in there.
