Hello - we work with clients and our clients are Atlassian users with seats in Confluence (so they can only see their projects information) however we also want to add these users to Jira Service Management so they can submit tickets. We need them to be part of their organization so they can see requests others in their company submitted.
I cannot get this to work at the current time. Any suggestions?
Worked this out myself - i had to delete the "portal user" and re-add the email (of the Atlassian user) to the orgnaization
