Hi, I'm trying to allow only certain people to submit important forms for security reasons. For example, I have forms attached to request types but I only want specific people to be able to view and submit them. This is because those forms can lead to creating/deleting important accounts.
I've edited permission schemes but it just requires you to login as a Jira user before entering the portal when adjusting the "create issue" permission. I just want more security when people are viewing/using forms. I've looked into automation too but I'm unsure which settings to adjust. What type of approach do you guys recommend and how can I get it setup?
Forms currently only have two permission levels, external and internal, which controls the visibility on the portal. You cannot set it so a specific form can be filled out by specific users.
I have a similar project where privacy has their own form that the fill out. The form is added to the request after it is created, and the privacy team are agents in the project.
