How do I change the url?

@Alex Hoffman , IF the aci subdomain was available, you would have to cancel your account and sign up under that name.  Atlassian doesn't allow you to change your subdomain, otherwise, as @Ste Wright has pointed out.

However, if you wanted to run Jira/JSD on another domain that you own, that is entirely possible with the Refined for Jira Cloud app.  I've used this app for several clients and offers a lot of great customization options.

It's not possible to modify your Cloud URL at this stage; you'll need to create a new instance and migrate your data across to it.
