I am looking for a way to create a Slack thread from a Jira ticket. In essence, I'm hoping to instantiate an Atlassian Assist connection from JSM to Slack, instead of from Slack to JSM. Once in place, I want it to act the same as Assist (i.e., a bidirectional communications channel between the Slack thread and the JSM ticket).
I know the appropriate Slack channel to create the thread in via a custom field containing the channel's name (not the channel's ID).
How can I make this happen? Thanks.
