How do I deactivate e-mail invitations?

Whenever we receive a problem from colleagues via Outlook, we send the problem to Jira so that a ticket can be created. However, we now have the problem that our colleagues who have been added to the CC are invited to the project. Where is the setting for this? How do I deactivate it?

Hi @Antonia

Check the customer notification settings on the project, you could disable the Request Participants notification

And check the settings in Jra admin on the JSM product setting "Email Requests"

Hi @Marc - Devoteam

thank you for your help.
I spoke to support today and they told me to go here:
Jira admin settings > Jira Service Management > Customer access > “Use approved domains
to grant internal customers access to the help center with Atlassian accounts”
So supposedly I should uncheck the box and that should have fixed it.
