How do I get a confluence page to show up by default on a request type?

I have a help center with some options nested down. What I really want is a couple of fillable PDFs hosted there that they could download, fill out, and then resubmit through the request page.

I can't figure out how to host files there, but I do know I can put them on a Confluence page that can be pulled up via typing in the Summary field of the request type. Can I either put up a default Confluence page in the request type or set the Summary to a default value so that it pulls up the correct Confluence page?

Ideally, I wouldn't have to tell them to search for it or link to the Confluence since it would involve them making more accounts.

From what you describe I think using Forms would be a better method. You could create forms for specific request types, allowing your users to fill the form out while submitting the request. Or you could set it up so users go to a specific link to fill out a form, and an issue is created when they submit the form. Form fields can be their own thing, link them to Jira fields so the Jira field is populated with the data entered on the form by the user, or create a connection to an external data source to pull from.

The fillable PDF form is a particular, legal form with logos and all that. It's also rather extensive with lots of fields that need filling, so it would be a huge form to create on Jira.

I think the best way I've thought of is to have a DDL or link that opens the PDF and just have them save it and submit it. Thanks!
