I am on an internal IT team. My team has been using the virtual agent for several months now. Sometimes it's great but other times it gives very wrong answers and frustrates users even more. Even with the wrong answers the virtual agent has helped my team save a ton of time so I don't want to get rid of it. I just want a better user experience.
Is there a list of best practices somewhere that I can review to improve the given answers? Does anyone have advice or improvements they have made?
