I have my own support domain and email. How do I setup Jira service desk so that I get the ticket on the cloud services and in my technical inbox?
If you're talking about email request services, then Navigate to your Project settings > Email Request and configure your email request. However for email request to work properly, your email inbox must not be read by you so that way Jira Service Desk can process it by reading it automatically when configured. This feature are for those users who email you directly by sending to an email address and those emails are converted to Service Desk ticket. On the other hand visiting your Portal, the users can still create tickets.
