I'm trying to turn on the Organization/Customer feature, but I don't know where to go. The steps in the videos or articles that I've found don't work as I can't find the options that they are talking about.
One article steps are:
Go to Settings () > Products, under Jira Service Management, select Customer access.
In the portal access section, select Allow customers to create accounts.
In my Settings options I don't have a separate section for Jira Service Management or Products.
I have signed up for a trail version of Jira Service Management as it shows under billing.
What am I missing?

What admin roles do you currently have?
Make sure you have the necessary admin roles for the products. In this Atlassian documentation [LINK HERE] you can the different type of admin roles and the permissions they give you.
